Clean, quiet, well located and accessible. Note: the lift goes down into the undercroft garage so you don't have to lug your luggage up the approach steps.

When we arrived after a very long day of travel, the receptionist was very uninterested in us, so not a warm welcome (she did get better during our stay, though). The room was nice and we had a good view of the mountain. We loved feeding all the cats which live in the garden (about 20 cats) and spent time with them morning and evening. We really loved playing with the kittens. The kitchen facilities were just ok for a few days, but I wouldn't want to call it self-catering. Luckily, we went out to dinner every evening. The shower was good but the temperature was sometimes cold and sometimes hot. It's really close to a supermarket where you can get wine, water and things for breakfast.
