The location was great. walking distance everywhere you want to visit in budva. The host was super friendly.

Tamara (the owner) is communicative, friendly, helpful, and flexible. We agreed about the arrival time, so we could check in easily. The apartment is about 30 mins walk from the bus station, and easy to find. It was clean and comfortable. Inside the apartment there is a small hall combined with the kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms; there is also a balcony accessible from both rooms. We could use the washing machine in the small common area outside the apartment downstairs. Tamara took care of the visitor registration, and also provided us parking place. The beds are comfortable. The balcony is shaded enough, so even during the day it was pleasant sitting there. The flat is next to a hotel, which was useful if/when we had any questions or needed any help. The flat is next to a bar, however it wasn't disturbing. The bar music was audible but it was calm and relaxed, and for us it was nice to slowly wake up hearing mellow beats. The bar guests weren't loud either. Locations nearby: supermarket across the street, bar, fruit stand, 0-24 small shop, restaurants, and the beach was about 10-15 minutes walk. Pharmacy, car rental places, and bakery can be found within 10 min walk. The old town is about 30-40 min away in a casual walking pace.
