The owner picked us up from the bus terminal in her car and along the way, she was showing us things like where can we get the good bakery items, nearest bus stop, supermarkets and helping us with directions. She is very professional and yet very friendly and helpful. There is card payment option available. Tourist tax formality was sorted out straight away and handed over the print out. They had cleaner lady coming everyday and if you want to get your room or bathroom cleaned in between your stay they happily offer the service without any extra charge. The owner lives in the same house with her family. She speaks good english. She was very helpful with regards to places we can visit and how we can get there by public bus. Her communication and response time was fast. She allowed us to keep our bags and belongings in the house even after checkout. Surely had very homely and welcoming experience during our stay. We did find ants in the kitchen and bathroom however could be due to rainy time and our apartment being in the ground floor. It did not concerns us much and the owner cleared it without any delay when we reported. They were also putting special powder to further stop the ants and making sure we are okay. We felt the owner was very approachable.

Very nice apartment, clean, cozy, got everything you need. Owner is super helpful and friendly. Free parking spot is included. If you want to go to the old town, you have to walk 30min, but the walk is really nice

Apartment was so cool, very clean and calm and the front yard is awesome, Maam Julia was very kind welcoming and accomodating ill definitely stay here again in my next visit, Estella here of room no.5 with front yard
