We were greeted by amazing customer service and a smiling face which after a travel day is always nice. The host even assisted us by sitting us down and explaining what activities to do around Budvar and what is good to do at the off season. On the second day we came home to a completely fresh room even with our bags being tidied up for us and the host even let us check out late free of charge! 10/10 recommend best customer service we have experienced!

The host was so nice and friendly and since we were the only couple staying at that time and for only one night, she upgraded us to the bigger apartment which was super cozy, well maintained and simply elegant.

If you want a 5-star hotel experience but on a budget, i strongly recommend this place.we needed to extend our stay because we were so amazed that everyday our place is cleaned, towels are changed and dishes are also washed. We were also upgraded by the owner and we had a comfortable stay with all the facilities we needed plus the modern style of the property
