Large, nicely decorated apartment with a lot of light, located within a short walk distance to the beach. Everything was clean and tidy.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The plunge pool is small but perfect for kids under 5. The beach is about 15 mins walk and there's a nice beach bar there. The apartment had everything we needed - washing machine, things to cook with.

The house was nicely decorated and it had almost everything that you need for a stay there. Francesca was really helpful and responsive, which made our vacation better. There are a few beaches around the area, which made the location a good starting point.

We rented 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor, and we liked: - reasonable size for family of 2+2, - newer (more modern) than other accommodations in the area, everything working fine, including A/C, water heating, and espresso machine, - very good WiFi connection, - opportunity to pay the deposit using credit card, - all inclusive cost (no need to pay extra for towels, visitor tax, etc.), - great host (Francesca) We have already spent some vacations on Sardinia, and in Budoni, and we could compare Residence Solaria with previous accommodations. While this is further away from the beach, it is closer to the town. Overall, the current rating on Booking.com is adequate and we will consider coming back here.
