Everything was perfect. Cleanliness of the apartment was superb. Apartment was very spacious. Two balconies, one east and one west sides were very convenient to chill with or without sunlight. Apartment was very well equipped from kitchen appliances to beach umbrellas. Huge collection of tableware. There was also washing machine, cloth drying rack, iron. Gaia, the host, was very friendly and amazingly responsive and eager to help. Beach is 5min walk, market is even closer and very nice restaurants are in close proximity. Despite of that, the neighbourhood is very quiet and intimate. Whole Budoni village is a nice small town to visit. Closest beach is amazingly clean and the water is crystal clear. Very easy to get to the apartment. Gated parking spot is also available. I would totally recommend this place for anyone seeking for quiet place to stay by the see and chill. There's nothing to complain about. 10/10!

The apartment is beautiful,it has balcony's on both sides of the house one you can watch sun rise the other sun set. Gaia the host is very helpful and responds with in minutes if you need to contact her. She send us lots of information of the area with suggestions on things to see, beaches and restaurants to try . The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in a quiet and peaceful area. A short walk to supermarket and beach. The only suggestion I would make is maybe a mirror in the bedrooms as having 2 teenage daughters you can imagine one mirror in the bathroom was annoying 😂🙈thank you Gaia for a wonderful stay
