Lovely quiet location, sat in the garden early evening and all you can hear is the odd bird or maybe a sheep. Cottage had everything you could want very cleverly packed into a small space, bedroom was nice size and with lovely bed. Look out of one window into your garden with horses in a field beyond, look out of other window and it's sheep grazing in a field. Only about 20 minute walk to Budleigh Salterton beach and Rockfish's fab little beachside cafe, we also walked to Sidmouth along South West Coastal path for lunch one day, lazily got the bus back, £3!

Private, rural. Exceptionally clean and welcoming touches with scones, cream , jam. Milk in the fridge, tea bags and coffee. Just perfect
