The location, the fact they had a smoking area close to the property. Availability, and how beautiful the bathroom was (modern with large adjustable shower)

Great location. Short walk to local shops. Room had a guide to local markets and attractions which was a nice touch. Far enough back from the road that you didn't hear noise.

Lovely little room with a view of the lake. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were plates, cups and cutlery as well as a microwave.
