Very modern and clean throughout. Bed was so comfortable and linen smelt lovely and fresh. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts were delicious. Good range of restaurants near by in walking distance and right near the beach. We were very pleased with our choice and would definitely recommend.

The Cornish breakfast was delicious & you could tell they used quality food. Location was spot on with a 2 minute walk to Summerleaze beach, backed onto Sainsbury car park so not far to go for supplies & based at the top of town so not far from shops. 10 minute walk to Crockleaze beach. There is a bar, dart board, DVDs & games in the lounge. Nothing was too much for Lizzie & Steve (owners). Had no problem parking at B&B.

Location was perfect - front double bay room - light and airy and comfortable. Parking was easy Breakfast fab Hosts were so lovely and couldnt do enough to make our stay work
