Good location with parking right outside. Sarah our host was available on the phone to help us with access and sorting out the wifi which was much appreciated. The accommodation is ALL upstairs which I hadn't realised - it was not a problem for us ( and maybe I didn't read the listing fully) Might affect other guests. The apartment was well equipped and clean, with a welcome box of scones and cream which was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay and the set up for the 3 of us was ideal for a 3 night stay. BUT the beds are all small : a small double bed in one room, and bunk beds with a child length single bed in the 2nd bedroom. This separate bed is too short for an adult to sleep in - I would say the accommodation very well suited to a couple and up to 3 children to share. I also bruised my shin on the overlarge bed frame in the double room! The open plan living space has windows with lovely views to both sides, and a well equipped kitchenette with a high table/ island and bar stools, a large sofa, large flatscreen TV, and a well stocked games cupboard. There is a very useful landing at the top of the stairs with storage cupboards and hooks. It's a 5 minute walk into Kilkhampton for local shops and pubs. Thank you Sarah!

Beautiful location. Very clean and tody spacious apartment. So peaceful at the time we were there. Good parking, good access to major routes. A shop in the cute village.

Well furnished with plenty of equipment to make a meal at breakfast or evenings, beds were comfortable and shower easy to work. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to stay near Bude or as a quiet area to travel around Cornwall and not have to spend extra money on takeaways
