We liked the property but the pictures on booking.com were very misleading as the property did not match the pictures but when checking with the reception they did confirm we were in a luxury chalet

Peaceful, well organised site with a swimming pool and bar/restaurant. Accommodation was well-equipped and comfortable, especially the bed. It's right on top of the South West Coastal Path, with fantastic walks up to Coombe Valley, and down to Widemouth. Bude is just a half hour walk away.

The Lodge was excellent, it was quiet and just what we wanted, in fact, it waa even better than what we expected, The beds werer made up , complete with towels and soap and toilet rolls. (we didnt need to take all this ourself) The lodge was kept warm and comfortable, and a brilliant smart TV. Cutlery, large fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, pots etc. all mod cons The beach was a short walk down the lane. Plus, the weather was beautiful. A well cared for site.
