The staff was very helpful and kind! My child got sick and threw up, the cleaning lady came immidiately and cleaned the room. The girl from reception even sent a whole bag of cleaning supplies to the apartment just in case any further accident. The location is very close to everything, tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping mall is at the corner.

First things first: extraordinary communication with Mrs. Szandra Koller - before, during and after our stay at Prater Aparthotel. She is one of a kind, a true GEM! Long story short, a thousand words won't be enough for us to express the way she made us feel, to say the least. We found the apartment in clean and cozy condition, everything worked properly. Great location, very close to public transportation, shopping area just one minute walk from Prater Aparthotel, many other facilities around in the area. Thank you, Prater Aparthotel, thank you again, Mrs. Szandra Koller!

The room is spacious and clean for a family of 4. The staff in the reception is very kind. Koller helped us order a taxi for us to catch a 8:30 am flight, and that was very helpful! Good location as there is a train station nearby. Many restaurants and shops (A shopping mall actually!) in 2 mins walk.
