The owner was welcoming, waited at agreed time and offered tips for Budapest. The view from the room was fantastic. Heating worked well. The breakfast was better than expected with many choices considering the size of the guesthouse. I would definitely stay again.

A lovely guesthouse in a wonderful location. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of greenery, especially now that everything is in bloom. When you open the window, it feels like you're in a country house: birds, fresh air, peace and quiet. Yet, it's not far from the tourist spots at all – a half-hour walk to the Fisherman's Bastion, a 15-minute walk to the metro along pleasant, leafy streets. My room was small, but had everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast was simple but quite pleasant, and a cup of coffee on the terrace was simply magical :) It was a real shame to leave such a wonderful place :) If possible, I'll try to stay here next time.

We got a spacious and clean room with a very nice bathroom. The owners were friendly and helpful. Parking is available for a small fee in an inside garage, which is great in this area. The location is excellent, relatively quiet and green, while being close to the center and a transportation hub. The breakfast was decent, a small continental selection, adequate for a guesthouse, and it was a nice touch that the staff served warm beverages. However, don't expect the big buffet breakfast you'd look for in a hotel. Overall, fantastic value for the money, we had a great time, and we'll absolutely return here if we need a place again in the area.
