We spent only one night at the hotel, so we could not get a full impression of all the services. But we were satisfied with the cleanliness, warm room and friendly staff at the reception. It was quiet at night, nothing disturbed outside the window. The hotel is located next to Heroes' Square, close to the Szechenyi Baths, the metro station and other public transport.

I loved the location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, attractive decor and the wonderful, friendly, thoughtful staff. Every member of the team from reception to housekeeping, breakfast and massage treatments was exceptional. Staff regularly went out of their way to help, giving recommendations for local things to do, booking taxis for us and making reservations. Definitely returning here again.

The reception staff was very nice and welcoming. I liked the small pillow and the comfortable bed in the room. I slept very well. The room was very nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at breakfast, which was really very tasty. I really recommend this hotel!
