Location was amazing - everything was within 20 mins (if not closer). It was a boutique hotel with only a few rooms so the whole experience felt tailored and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and everything was seamless

A great little boutique hotel hidden away in a residential quadrangle. We were upgraded to a superior room which was spacious and beautifully furnished. Joanna, who checked us in and welcomed us, was fantastic. She made us a cup of tea to drink in the quaint parlour style lobby while doing the paperwork. She gave us some great suggestions - places to visit, bars, restaurants, etc. - before showing us to the room. After about half an hour, she came to our room with some decaf capsules for the coffee machine, 2 types of tea and a box of Belgian chocolates, all of which she'd bought specifically for us. We had the breakfast on the first morning. It was fine but we decided to venture out for breakfast on subsequent days. All the staff we encountered were delightful - so helpful and friendly.
