We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference throughout our visit. We were especially grateful for the complimentary upgrade to a suite something we truly can’t thank them enough for. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The in-room facilities were also excellent. Everything we needed was provided, including a great coffee machine.

The staff provided excellent service. They were able to arrange early check-in if a room was available, and they helped me get into my room without charging extra, which was truly impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at Mera Hotel in Budapest. The hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfasts were amazing, fresh and with wide choice, the environment was very comfortable. The location is perfect—very close to all the main points of interest, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
