Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Mr.Richard), with 24-hour reception available. The hotel staff was always willing to assist, and any issues seemed to be related more to understaffing than lack of effort or service. The hotel is close to a metro station, which makes access to the city easy. The location is generally average but acceptable, and while the surrounding area is not particularly attractive, we never felt unsafe. Overall room cleanliness was decent and towels were changed regularly.

Very friendly staff, is in a good location. I felt looked after throughout. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly and forthcoming employees. Hotel Veritas is perfect if you plan on attending an event at Papp László Sportaréna, Puskás Aréna or MVM Dome. Breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty.
