Keys for the apartments need to be picked up at the Karin hotel's reception desk.Dogs over 20 kg cannot be accommodated.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Great location for what we needed. Close to bus stops, and one short bus ride from the metro line. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Big comfortable room and bed. Good facilities, and breakfast included is a great bonus. This was our second time staying there. Will definitely be back

The staff was very friendly and polite something rare for the Hungarian people and they let us check in earlier and also gave us breakfast on on the day of our arrival. The location is not so close to city center but it is very easily accessible with public transport (and bus and a metro) with a bus stop right outside the hote and it was quiet. It was clean and warm and cosy.
