Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Location at base of Castle Hill quite picturesque. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast fresh with good variety in selection. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location if you want to explore the castle area. The staff is friendly and effective. It's a very quiet location with almost no traffic.

We were upgraded to the Panorama room on the top of the building with a terrace and beautiful views.We were also given a complimentary bottle of bubbly as it was a special occasion, which was a nice touch.
