The receptionist Lili was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. She and her colleague on evening duty were extremely helpful when needed in exceptional circumstances.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It’s very enjoyable that it’s quiet at night. The breakfast is great, and the staff are very kind and friendly. Thanks to Lili at the reception desk for all your help. I’m looking forward to my next stay in April.
