The location is nice. The building needs some refurbishment and more cleaning. Also you can hear everything from the others rooms.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities were all very comfortable and made our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect too. There were lots of great restaurants on the street, the nearby tram station made every part of the city centre easily accessible, and lots of sights were within walking distance.

I was in the Rose Apartment, the property was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location is absolutely brilliant! The WiFi is very fast, and is better than any ‘hotel WiFi’ I have ever used. The bed was super comfortable! Patrick was super helpful with some of my questions, especially when booking.com tried to cancel my stay half way through the trip. This is a well deserved 5 star property, and I 100% would stay again! So thank you so much to the team!

Very clean, clear instruction to checkin and checkout, warm during winter, goot kitchenet, near to public transport, a lot of restaurants nearby, quite close to city centre and tourist attractions.
