Location was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The location was great and after a few mishaps with the pillows the staff were fantastic. Especially the young lady at the bar. We even had a fruit platter and wine delivered to excuse the mishaps. Definitely would stay here again.

On arrival we were given an early check in & all questions were answered & suggestions for sight seeing offered. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice & the room was extremely clean & comfortable. We would happily recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest.
