One of our Studio Deluxe Suites and 3 of our One Bedroom Deluxe suites have no balcony. Rooms with balcony cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. We are doing the best to not assign this rooms until rooms with balconies are available. Our guests may use the common Terrace on the 9’th floor and Garden terrace on the 1’st floor for relaxation or smoking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

There is no comment about something that could be interpreted as poor or bad. Everything was perfect. Cleanliness, location, staff, room service, architecture, ownership... Literarily everything. Highest recommendation for booking this place. Note that it is better than on the pictures displayed. :)

The location is really good and the apartment was spacious and comfy, really enjoyed the terrace. We had a great time here!

Great location and easy access to metro 3. Great array of food for breakfast, which was constantly topped up. Pleasant staff. Well presented staff with washing machine and clothes rack.

WIFI was very good, one of the best hotel wifi experiences I've had. Staff were friendly based on limited interaction
