Our suite was huge and gorgeous. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom luxurious. Nice view and really nice room. The location was super central and it was easy to get around. we arrived before check in and they not only got us a room but gave us an upgrade right away!

This is a clean modern beautifully decorated property. We loved the rooms and the common areas - so comfortable and relaxing. Tea, coffee and water downstairs was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed breakfast which had everything you could want! Shops, cafes and restaurants were just on the doorstep. The staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel from reception, maintenance, cleaning and breakfast room staff. Our dog was welcomed too and could join us for breakfast. She was also given a lovely dog bed and bowl. We were celebrating a birthday and lovely chocolates were left in our room to mark the occasion which were so gratefully received. Again, such a special touch. A wonderful place to stay in a great city!
