The Corinthia does SO many things well, and then stumbles on a couple of things that are, unfortunately, really important to get right. But, the good: My whole stay was made special because they upgraded our room, and even hit me with the suprise cake and champagne for my birthday. And just in general, the staff at all points are really great. They know their stuff. The breakfast is good and varied, and what room service we ordered was 'good'. The hotel is grand and traditional without feeling dusty and old. And yes, the spa and swimming pool is really special - big thumbs up to that. The room itself (executive suite) was also nicely designed and helped us feel like we were on a special trip.
