Staff was very friendly Location was perfect - right next to the opera House and steps to the M1 - Opera station Our room was a nice size and our windows looked out upon the Opera house Bed was firm but very comfortable Mini fridge in room

Fantastic location, brilliant rooms, friendly staff. Loads of nice small touches throughout, the balcony/roof access in the room was amazing. Solid breakfast downstairs every day and easy transport links to get about.

The hotel is just perfect! Located in a great spot, right next to the beautiful opera and very close to the underground. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. It was such a great experience to stay in a place with a rich history! The staff was amazing. Everyone were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. We’re truly grateful for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We hope to return again - more than once!
