the host was super responsive and we communicated frequently via whatsapp. She included a detailed instruction on how to open the main gate and how to retrieve our keys. She even included a video of the entire process which made it super clear for us to understand. We ran into a problem one day where we accidently left our keys inside and got locked out but the host was super helpful and reponsive and we were able to resolve the issue within less than 5 minutes. the location is perfect and right in the city centre, room is massive with beautiful interiors. I like that there are multiple areas where a code or key is required, ensuring safety.

Excellent apartment. Beautiful, stylish, with high ceilings. Comfortable bed. Small but adequate bathroom. Convenient location, a few minutes from St. Stephen's Basilica. Recommended.
