The staff were incredibly helpful. Upon arrival, we had a few questions, and they answered all of them with great patience and care. The staff are always available, and they all speak very good English. The location of the hostel is perfect (a beautiful old building), we could easily catch three of the four metro lines (M1, M2, M3). The Parliament building is within walking distance, as are many of other attractions. The room was great, we were on the upper level (which can be accessed by a ladder), therefore we had more space and privacy. We especially enjoyed using the kitchen which has everything you might need to prepare a meal. Everything was clean, from the bed sheets to the bathroom.
