Excellent communication with staff/ owner who let us park the car and check in earlier; free parking behind locked gate; private toilet, fridge and microwave available in the room; quiet area; easy access to centre of the city by tram; WiFi works really well; sockets by every bed; TV with access to Netflix, YouTube...

Very good value for money. Clean and tidy, large fridge for guest use. Quiet, far from the noise of the road and the airport.

Good localization, around 5 min walk from tram stop which you can get in 30 min to the city.
