Cleaning & Amenities: No daily cleaning service is provided. Signature items (e.g., toiletries) are offered as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited. The apartment may not be used for commercial or business-related purposes. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00. VISIONAPARTMENTS does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Violations: In the event of a proven violation of house rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to: Issue a penalty invoice Cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund Request the immediate departure of guests Guests Under 18: Guests under the age of 18 may check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The required form can be provided by the property upon request.

Location and size of apartment. I had also mentioned to reception that we needed key to access balcony. They advised they needed to wait for someone the next day or 2 so I actually thought I’d need to chase up as was quite vague. No……member of staff came next day and sorted access.
