I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and what stood out the most was the exceptional kindness of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They provided clear information, assisted with every request promptly, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the outstanding service at the front desk.

It’s nice and clean. Florentina, but all the guys and girls at the reception are very helpful and friendly. I’m a regular here.
