After booking three single rooms, I contacted the property to ask whether it would be possible to organize a surprise for one of my friends who was celebrating her birthday, and upon our arrival they had prepared a super lovely setup in her room with prosecco, sweets, and fruit. Moreover, Aurelia, the staff member I communicated with before our departure, upgraded the booked rooms and gave us plenty of useful tips, replying to messages even late at night. The staff is of an excellent standard, just like the hotel’s services

Location is great, few minutes from the metro, 20 minutes walking distance to the old city. The area is calm and quite. The room was ok, comfortable enough, the stuff were responsive, we had a problem with our room so were transferred to another room, there the TV didnt work properly so the maintenance team came the next day and replace it. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was excellent, offering a wide range of services. I would especially like to highlight the reception service provided by Ms. Aurelia, who ensured that my partner and I enjoyed our stay at the highest standard and kindly fulfilled my various requests in preparation for my partner’s birthday. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
