Access to the Executive Lounge is reserved for guests aged 12 and above.Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and fees. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; early check-in from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM costs 300 RON, and from 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM costs 500 RON. Arrivals before midnight incur an extra night's charge. Check-out is at 12:00 PM; late check-out until 3:00 PM costs 200 RON, until 6:00 PM costs 500 RON, and after 6:00 PM an extra night is charged. In exceptional cases, check-out may be extended until 7:00 PM for 600 RON. Fees may be adjusted based on room rates.Please note that every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (yearly from April through mid-October),Calea Victoriei turns into a vibrant pedestrian promenade as part of “Open Streets – Bucharest”, featuring street performances, local culture and a festive atmosphere.While direct car access to the hotel is restricted during these hours, drop-off points are available nearby, and our team will be happy to assist you!Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Big thank you to Alex and Mircea at the reception for all the support throughout the stay, it was really lovely! Loved the room, was quiet and comfy, fruit in the room was a great surprise treat,, room service was fast and delish, very accommodating on our needs. Big thank you to Liviu as well for the car service, super nice and professional as always! Will definitely be returning!

Nice view from the room, with high class facilities and a hotel which really feels high-class. The reception team was great, they treated us with respect and kindness, especially Alex. We loved our stay.

The hotel was really impressive, the room was big, airy and bright, even for the standard room. It was a slight shame the bathroom only had a small bath with shower, it would have been better if it had a separate rain shower but otherwise it was better than expected for the price.

The floor in the room was not clean enough. It was dusty. Check-out took half an hour. We were attending a conference and that was a problem as it took from our networking time. There were beggers in wheelchairs at a certain point wandering in the lobby. The entrance was redecorated and the heavy front doors had to be open by us will hands full of luggage. No concierge attending that. And as it is obvious parking space is not enough and not guaranteed in spite u have prebooked.
