I would say overall SO SO, but first - the support through booking.com messages is great, they answer fast to your questions. It was easy to find the place. It's great that it has 2 doors outside and both with code, secure. Apartment had also a keypad lock, easy to use and you could lock the door inside with extra lock. The location is actually really good, everything is close, also many restaurants, bars etc. The room overall was clean, view was not good, but there it's just my opinion, I did not came for the view from the window :) There was a construction site to see, but I didn't care about that. Room was clean, there is everything you need, fridge, oven, microwave, etc, you can cook everything yourself, there was also one shop nearby. Bathroom was clean etc.

The location was excellent—right in the city center, in the old town, on a pedestrian street. Our business meeting was nearby, so we made a great choice in terms of location. However, when we arrived around midnight, we were greeted by extremely loud, booming music that filled the entire street. The area was packed with nightclubs, pubs, and restaurants. Although there weren’t many people sitting around, music was blasting from every other place, making it incredibly noisy. The host was very kind and communicative. We kept in touch through Booking.com, and he always responded to messages there. He didn’t answer phone calls or SMS, but he sent us all the necessary codes via Booking.com to access the apartment, which was very well-organized. Unfortunately, the noise was a major downside. Since the windows faced the street, the sound from outside filtered in until around 2 AM. The apartment was clean, but it wasn’t the exact one we had seen in the Booking.com photos. In the pictures, we had noticed a tray that seemed like a welcome gift, but upon arrival, there was nothing—not even a tea bag, a coffee capsule, or any small refreshment. There were no rugs in the room, making the floor quite cold, and the same applied to the bathroom floor. With no slippers provided, this was rather uncomfortable. The toilet and shower could have been cleaner. There was only one duvet, but since my friend slept on the sofa, we were lucky to find an extra one in the wardrobe. However, it wasn’t covered with fresh bed linen. Our night was ok, but I think it’s no next time for us.
