Justin “Excellent Stay – Helpful Staff and Clear Parking Process”

I recently stayed at MyContinental București Gara de Nord for 7 nights and had a great experience from start to finish. Prior to my arrival, I contacted the hotel to sort out parking arrangements as I was travelling with a rental car. The hotel responded immediately with clear and helpful instructions. To access the private hotel parking, you must first position your car in the clearly marked rectangular space next to the parking security cabin. A parking ticket is issued from the nearby machine, allowing you to proceed into the gated private parking area. To exit, simply validate the ticket at the hotel reception before collecting your car and leaving. If you need to re-enter, the same process must be repeated even if it’s on the same day. Parking cannot be reserved in advance, but throughout my stay, I always found available spaces, and I noticed there were usually several free spots. The parking fee is 40 Lei per day and is paid in full at checkout. As for the hotel itself, the staff were incredibly well-mannered and helpful, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or among the housekeeping team. Every request we had was handled professionally and kindly. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay, and we are already planning to return to MyContinental București Gara de Nord on our next trip to Bucharest.

Very tidy hotel, close to the station. Room was ready despite our arriving before noon. Very courteous staff. Room on 6th floor with a great view, large enough. Nice to have a fridge.

I had arrivind in Bucharest quite late and was waiting for friends to arrive the next day; the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the railway station so ideally located for me, and the check in staff very helpful

Convenient location. 5 minutes from Gara de Nord mainline station and a metro directly outside of the hotel. It meant we didn't have to lug our suitcase very far when we caught the train to Brasov. Room clean with air-conditioning that functioned well. Breakfast was okay. We had a couple of meals in the evening there which were good. Staff are a mixed bag.
