Very professional, helping, kind staff always reach out a helping hand! Clean rooms, nice beds. Great location in the Old Town. Nice lobby place to sit! Great breakfast! Free parking just outside the entrance, some few lots! Highly recommended

Lovely stay. We arrived early and were treated to a fabulous welcome by Johar (?) I think his name was - basically the male receptionist who checked us in on 12 March. It started off our trip well. He even helped us book a restaurant one night when we bumped into him in the street which was above and beyond expectations. Hotel is nice and modern and was lovely to relax in when we were in the room, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room as we wished to explore Romania. If you want to spend more time in your room then a bigger suite would probably suit you.

Loved the style and the cool vibes of the reception and lounge area. Rooms are essential in terms of furniture but decorated with modern taste. The hotel has a lot of character.

Great location, friendly staff. Suited us for 3 nights. Our room on the first night was on the 1st floor and very noisy with music from the bar, but we asked to change on the 2nd night and got a great 6th floor room which was very quiet.
