My luggage did not arrive and the staff was extremely helpful to assist me to call the airline's lost baggage office. They also provided some toiletries and chargers for our phones until the luggage arrived the next day.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel thanks to the excellent service and the helpful, friendly staff, who went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, there are some areas for improvement. The lack of an iron in the room was inconvenient. The room lighting could use an upgrade, and adding more charging spots for devices would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the warm hospitality and the attention to cleanliness make this hotel a great choice! 100%Recommended! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Brenda and Alexander made my stay at Mercure absolutely perfect! Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out — they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable at all times. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The location is also ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the entire team was friendly and helpful. But it was really thanks to Brenda and Alexander that my experience was so special — they are truly exceptional! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We choose this hotel because of the proximity with the Teatrul de Opereta. Staff was great and helpfull. Room is large, with a nice view. Breakfast very good.

Clean Pleasant staff Breakfast was good 5/10 min walk to restaurants Area looks a bit rough but didn’t have any issues walking about in the day/night Free drink with the key card but didn’t realise this until we checked out Free drinks /snacks in the fridge

Location! Staff were very friendly and always helpful. As I was in a group tour, the bar and seating in the lobby was a great meeting point.
