Hospitality of the owner, location, quite surrounding. The owner is very helpful and communicative. He would respond to my message very quickly. On the check-in day, he waited me until around 2100. And he took me to the cash machine to help me withdraw money. He is respectful and polite.

So the room was falling apart a bit, shower acting up, doorknob dropping out, no lock on the bathroom etc. So wouldn't recommend for a romantic weekend away. But for the party goers out there it's a 10/10 being at the centre of roughly every amazing club in town.
