We arrived around 11pm from a late flight so the self check-in service was really convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. It was very quiet so we had a great night's sleep. We thought the welcome gift and complimentary drink was a lovely touch. The staff were extremely helpful, advising us how to get to the station and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with a wide selection (although not for vegans).

Very beautiful hotel with great location. The staff was absolutely amazing. We were greated by Cosmin and he is very charismatic and friendly. We loved him! One in our party celebrated his 40 birthday and Cosmin gave us cake and prosecco as a gift ❤️

The property was elegant, very well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The room was comfortable, the bathroom felt brand new, and the thoughtful touches like the welcome gifts and complimentary minibar made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was also very kind and welcoming throughout.
