We did not have breakfast there. The information was not that clear. It could be the language barrier. However, overall we had a good experience

The room was very clean and there were many conveniences on-site, A small mini-market, and electronics shop were invaluable. Nost people spoke excellent english as I spoke no romanian. That was a great advantage

Clean, with every facility as described. A good studio for a couple, even for days to stay. Shops and pools are available inside the building. Comfy spring box beds. TV with local channels, but with apps like netflix available. Parking available ( payment) inside the same building.
