Everything was excellent! Even before we arrived, the staff were very responsive to my messages and willing to help with information, even when it wasn’t directly related to our stay. As we were planning to arrive very late in the evening, the receptionist was very helpful during our communication and throughout the check-in process. He even assisted me with the parking machine. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the historic center and all the major places of interest. One particularly helpful point is that it is located on a street with offices, which made it much easier to find parking. On both nights, we found a parking spot just outside the hotel. Everything—from the room to the breakfast area and all other spaces—was very clean. There was also no noise from the road. I would especially like to highlight the delicious and rich breakfast, which offered a wide variety of tasty options. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I truly recommend this hotel, and if we visit Bucharest again, we will definitely stay here!
