“Overall pleasant stay and quiet and undisturbed sleep”

Stay was pleasant quiet. Shared female room needs updating flooring looks like laminate has been wet possibly from clothes being washed and left to dry in room? If outside space was better safely set this could be avoided with area for wet clothes to hang and signage to inform no washing in rooms like other hostels Toilet needs window in frame not covered with bag or other Outside area needs to be cleaned and made safe

The main manager was really nice and understanding after the earlier unpleasant encounter with his workers. The main manager came and solved the issue with great professionalism, tactfulness plus a room upgrade.
