The peaceful location, lawned garden and views. The walks on the doorstep. The photos didn't do it justice, a real surprise. The evidence that the family owners had enjoyed the property over decades made us feel very welcomed.

excellent views, garden and fireplace. Great base to explore the local area Portmeirion etc. Great communication and directions from host. Relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Large garden, proper game of Frisbee possible, all the cooking utensils and crockery we needed and more, good size fridge, excellent shower, good size sitting room.

Lovely and remote so very quiet. I had the best nights sleep in years. The log fire was so comforting and heated the cottage nicely. Wasn’t hard to find or access with the communication provided by James.
