The staff we were friendly and welcoming and not too formal, so it was a relaxed atmosphere. They were always happy to help. Great location, handy for places we wanted to visit within walking distance and also for public transport. Quirky, fun decor but not overly kitsch. Our room was a good size.The shower and shampoo/soap was great. Nice sized bathroom, good towels. Enough space to hang clothes for a few nights. Breakfast was good. Bread/toast, pain au chocolate, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, juice, tea, and coffee. There was an egg boiler so you could cook your own egg. Not loads to choose from but enough to eat and it helped me not overeat, which is often a problem on holidays!

Fantastic location close to Avenue Louise. Lots of restaurants and bars close-by. Nice retro design throughout the hotel. The hotel has AC, which is nice in the summer. Good breakfast.
