A superb hotel with great facilities. Breakfast is good with both western and Asian menu. The in house restaurants are great for an evening meal The staff were all attentive and helpful. The location is so peaceful.

Clean and well-equipped rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly staff. It was hard to find the wifi code. I had to switch on the TV to search for it.

I liked the design of the hotel (including the air design in the common areas -- they smelled really nice), my daughter and I were pleased to see the Chinese New Year decorations. I liked the aromatic soaps and shampoos (L'Occitane), as well the high quality of the tea in the room and the nice and clean kettle. I liked that the towels were in a good size and amount, also the hair-drier, bathrobe and clean slippers were available in the room. We also liked the little decorative elements in the room. It was possible to open thew window to air the room, if necessary, and change the room temperature with the temperature control.
