Please note that extra beds and baby crib are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night.A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.There is underground parking located across the street of the Radisson RED Brussels entrance, next to n°10 Rue d'Idalie. At the entrance to the parking you'll find a Radisson RED labelled machine that delivers entry tickets. Parking fees should be paid at the terminal located next to the parking's pedestrian exit.Please note that an extra fee of 15 EUR per day will be charged for extra cleaning (per pet).From October 15th, the Brussel's region regulation states that a guest aged 16 and over accessing our dining (breakfast, restaurant, bar) and meeting facilities (event above 50 people) must present a valid sanitary health pass.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Enjoyed our stay. Very close to EU, can catch a bus into town from square. Train station close by. As New Year restaurants close by were closed.

The staff were friendly and wonderful. All polite. The room was clean and has all good amenities. We were so impressed that there was free water and chocolate in the mini bar. Fantastic touch.

A cosy hotel right next to the train station and European Parliament. The rooms are clean and well supplied with accessories.

The hotel is next to the European Parliament. Rooms are normal size for a short stay. For my birthday they provide complimentary drink coupon. At the lobby, they have billiard and football boards. Staff are helpful. I want to thank to Nathan at the reception, as he was really kind. He was attentive, and ready to help us anytime. He smiling all the time. Much appreciated.

Nathan on reception was just brilliant - he looked after us when our family room wasn’t ready on arrival and was super friendly and helpful with any queries we had throughout our stay. The hotel had a nice vibe. The attached restaurant was handy and the food was good. Great location - handy for trains, trams and buses and a short walk from the centre of Brussels.
