Please note that extra beds and baby crib are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night.A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.There is underground parking located across the street of the Radisson RED Brussels entrance, next to n°10 Rue d'Idalie. At the entrance to the parking you'll find a Radisson RED labelled machine that delivers entry tickets. Parking fees should be paid at the terminal located next to the parking's pedestrian exit.Please note that an extra fee of 15 EUR per day will be charged for extra cleaning (per pet).From October 15th, the Brussel's region regulation states that a guest aged 16 and over accessing our dining (breakfast, restaurant, bar) and meeting facilities (event above 50 people) must present a valid sanitary health pass.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location is spot on central. The stuff were extremely polite especially the Italian lady at the reception and the African I think lady that served us dinner. The family room was HUGE! Worth every single penny!

We chose Radisson RED Brussels because we needed to stay well connected to the Eurostar terminal at Brussels Midi Station, while also being in a pleasant and safe area. The hotel is located near the European Parliament, in a quiet neighborhood that is still very well served by public transport. By taxi, it takes about 15 minutes or less to reach the Eurostar. The hotel itself is modern, with spacious common areas that feel both relaxing and welcoming. The lifts are large and fast, which is always appreciated. The décor is charming, inspired by the Belgian comic tradition and the surrealist art of René Magritte. Our room and bathroom, located on the fifth floor, were spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The bed was extremely large, and we appreciated having a choice of pillows. As other guests have mentioned, the only minor drawback is that the air conditioning is not very powerful—likely due to environmental regulations. However, when we reported this to the 24-hour reception, the response was impressively quick. Noemí promptly came up to our room, accompanied by a young member of the maintenance team (Venezuelan, though I unfortunately don’t recall his name). They checked the system and made sure it was working as well as possible. In fact, all the reception staff we interacted with were very attentive, as was the bar team. Special mention goes to Jorge, who provided excellent information about different types of Belgian beers, and to Óscar for his warm and friendly service. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Radisson RED Brussels to anyone who needs to stay well connected to the Eurostar terminal, while also enjoying proximity to the European Parliament area or a pleasant walk to the city centre.

The hotel was really nice, with all amenities and spacious clean rooms. the location is excellent, the staff very friendly and nice.
