The location was really convenient, just a few moments walk from the Midi Station, which was our arrival and departure destination. The reception staff were accommodating and helpful in recommending somewhere to eat, providing a map and directions. There was a reasonably priced bar which went down well on our return to the hotel after eating out. There was a water fountain in reception. The room was clean, with good bedding, a massive bed and nice linen, and plenty of towels. The bed was a little softer than we'd have chosen, but after a long day the size and cleanliness was welcomed. We liked the hotel's attitude towards the environment, with information available on how they tried to make changes to reduce its impact on the environment, but not in your face.

The check-in process was very smooth and quick. Sara and Samuel, who were at the reception, were very polite and friendly. The hotel and the room were very clean. The rooms were cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced daily. There was an excellent variety of food for breakfast. There were free luggage storage facilities. The location is very convenient to access transport links, only a very short walk from the train/metro/tram and bus stations, though it was about 20-25 mins walk from the Grand Place.

The location is awesome, very close to the central station. The room is comfortable and super silent despite the location.
