The location was fabulous right in the heart of Brussels where you can walk to go to La Grande's place, stunning and a worth visiting during the day as the night. The area is surrounded by lords of restaurants and fast food. It was very safe to walk from the hotel to the surrounded, especially if you want to have a break and come back later on. The staff were wonderful, we got free upgrades thanks to the beautiful receptionist who's the name I cannot remember and it was facing St Catherine Cathedral. Will definitely come back and highly recommend anyone

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very easy to reach from the airport by train, and being within walking distance to historic and tourist attractions was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but sufficient. I was satisfied with the value for money and would recommend it to those prioritizing location.

Most of the staff was very helpful and kind, the location was amazing en the bathroom was small but otherwise very decent

Location was great and easily accessible. Staff was always present and there was a small convienence store downstairs to buy drinks and crisps.
