Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Room and dining area very clean. Only negative no milk or tea spoon to make hot drink.

A bit out of the way of city centre but is clearly disclosed by hotel name. Super clean and cozy room. Staff were kind and were able to hold on to my bag before/after my stay. Checkout at 12pm was great.

Staff were very willing to help and courteous. They offered to help with my luggage and show us to the room. They showed understanding of the need for parking but were not as well informed about other facilities and their height restrictions, which are extremely tight in Brussels (1.90m and in some cases 1.80m!!!!) The terrace is nice to sit and have breakfast which is reasonable. The rooms are very small but clean and functional.
