The reception staff were kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that the reception is open 24 hours. The check-in process was simple, and the location was convenient for a short stay. The room was clean enough for a one-night stay.

Friendly stuff in the reception, they were very helpful and we feel safe. The hotel is just nearby to everything like Brussels Midi station is just 10mins walk, groceries and even the palace

The location was perfect in the city centre. The guy at reception and everything else was a nice and helping person. We got a room that was stinking of cigarettes, very small bathroom where you have to climb on top of the sink to get to the toilet. If you are taller or chubbier forget about using the toilet. We reported the smell and the guy gave us a new room bigger and better.
