Victoria “A great hotel with excellent facilities in a good location”

Excellent facilities in the hotel, a nice welcome and offered free water, tea and coffee in reception area. Room was great, spacious and clean. We even had a balcony which was nice to look out onto the street. Good location with a small supermarket underneath, a few minutes walk to metro stop and around 20-25 minute walk to city centre. Enough facilities nearby, not too far from train stations and shops.

Location,allowed early check in & staff where great they helped with bags etc & the location is perfect & close to the train station & other stuff you do in town like cruise

For Brussels standards, this is a decent hotel for reasonable price. The location is convenient, and the staff were polite, but overall it wasn’t perfect. There are some areas for improvement, but it’s a reasonable choice if you need a place to stay in the city.
